I don’t see my organization, can you make stuff for us?
Yes. Anything we manufacture in house can be made for virtually any organization with NO MINIMUM. If it is something we get from another supplier, there may be a minimum required. Also check out our “Any Organization“ (Fraternities) or “Any Organization“ (Sororities) section of our site where we have blank items and items that can be customized for your organization.
Where are yall based out of?
We are based in Arlington Texas, but we do not a have brick and mortar store. If you are wanting to pick up product instead of shipping, you can always call or email us to arrange a pick up.
How long does it take to cut something?
We try to keep stock of as many items as we can, but since we service over 40 organizations and offer over 1000 different products, keeping everything in stock can be difficult. We ask to allow 14 business days production time and 2-5 days for shipping for stock items. If you would like something custom or if you are selecting “other” in the organization please allow 3-4 weeks for production. If an item on your order is on back order with our supplier, we will contact you to see what options you might want to take, refund, swap with another item, or wait on the order.
Do y’all do the big letters/Yard Letters?
Yes. Unfortunately, we do not ship them. We can arrange for us to deliver them personally, but we only offer this for most Texas cities and Oklahoma.
Do we need to pay before we receive our items or can we pay half up front and half on delivery?
No items will be shipped untill the entire order is paid in full, no exceptions.
Do you do custom work?
Yes, we do custom work all the time. Just send us an email with your ideas and we will see what we can do for you.
What is your return policy?
If your item is received damage: We will either replace it or refund you the money for the full purchase price including shipping. You have 2 days from the day in which you receive your order to contact us letting us know your purchase was damaged.
If you are unsatisfied with your order: We understand the risk you take when ordering online. Sometimes things look different on the site, sometime better sometimes worse, and we understand that. If you are unsatisfied with your order and would like to return it, you have 3 business days to contact us and let us know. We can either switch it out with another item or refund you for just the purchase price for the item, not the shipping to you or the cost of shipping it back to us.
If your order was shipped incorrectly: Contact us and we will take care of the issue.
If your order is custom: With custom orders, we send you drawings for approval with no art fees or money up front. Once you approve and submit payment for your order there are no refunds for your order.
