Do you ship?

Yes, we ship to any state within the continental United States. International shipping may be available, but only on a case by case basis. Once the order is ready to ship it takes 1-5 business days for you to recieve it. 95% of orders shipped within Texas are there the following Day.

Do you paint?

Yes, to get something painted by myself or the ladies at Cutie Pis, simply send us an email or fill out a contact form in the contact link.

Do you charge extra for custom pieces?

Not exactly, we base all of all prices on the amount of detail work and the amount of wood used.

Can you do whatever size I want?

To an extent, I can do any size within a 4’x8’ sheet of plywood.

Do you do Yard Letters?

Yes, I do cut the 8’ OR 6′ letters and they are $160.00 plus tax (where applicable). You may pick them up in Dallas, TX to save on delivery fees, but I do occasionally deliver the letters as well.

Where do you get your products from?

We cut, sand, and finish everything ourselves. All of our wood is bought and cut in Dallas, TX, and then I sell and ship it out of San Marcos, TX.

What is your return policy?

  • Returns/Exchanges

All returns / exchanges must be returned in the original package within 7 days of item receipt to be accepted at our warehouse. Please call 512.757.0714 or email us at royalwconcepts@gmail.com for return instructions if you have questions.  Shipping handling charges are not refundable.  Please call before shipping anything back.

  • For Damaged / Incorrect Merchandise:
If you should receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us by phone or email at 512-757-0714 or royalwconcepts@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt to obtain instructions on how to return the damaged / incorrect item. Once the damaged or incorrect merchandise is received at our warehouse, the correct replacement items will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charge. If the item is not in stock, customers can have the option to either wait or choose another item of equal or lesser value. If a refund is warranted your account will be credited within 7 business days.
  • Custom Orders:
Custom items are Non-refundable. Once you have approved a custom drawing, that item is then finalized and can not be returned. Please double check all spellings, colors, sizes, etc. on all custom orders.
